The AR-FX IWLA Cub Run Archers (CRA) club is authorized by the chapter to further the sport of archery and to provide facilities for its members’ enjoyment. The field archery facilities are built to National Field Archery Association (NFAA) standards, and CRA is a chartered member of the Virginia Field Archery Association and the Virginia Bowhunters Association.

Chapter archery shoots
CRA runs the chapter’s annual field archery shoots — the Spring Fling (early May), Summer Sizzler (late June), and Buck Buster (August). Exact dates are on the calendar.
Fairfax County Deer Management Program qualification
Archers who need to qualify for the Fairfax County Deer Management Program can do so at the chapter on this schedule:
The last day to qualify changes each season (in 2025 it was Sunday, June 22). Check the calendar or ask Cub Run Archers before you come.
